Free worldwide, tracked and insured. Orders placed before 2 pm CET ship the same business day from our warehouse in Marseille. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days in the EU and 5–10 business days elsewhere.
30-day open-water guarantee
Dive the S9 for a month. If it isn't for you — for any reason — send it back and we refund the full purchase price. The unit needs to come back in workable condition; normal salt-water use is expected and fine.
How to return
Email crew@bluedepth.dive with your order number. We send a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days of the unit arriving at our workshop.
Warranty
Two years on compressor, battery, and electronics. Six months on wear items — hose, o-rings, mouthpiece. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; not damage from exceeding the 29 m rating, impact, or improper storage. We ship replacement parts worldwide at no cost during the warranty period.
