By buying from BlueDepth you agree to these terms. Read them, then go dive.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted and include applicable VAT for EU orders. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order in the case of a stocking error or obvious pricing mistake.

Safety and use

The S9 is rated to 29 m (95 ft). Never exceed the rated depth. Always dive with a buddy on the surface and follow safe ascent rates. You are responsible for the conditions in which you use the equipment and for your own certification and training. If in doubt, take a hookah-diving course before your first descent.

Warranty

Two years, worldwide, on the compressor, battery, and electronics. Wear items — hose, o-rings, mouthpiece — are covered for 6 months. Damage from exceeding the rated depth, impact, or improper storage is not covered.

Liability

Diving carries inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
